Zoe completed a Bachelor of Food Technology (Hons) with a major in Product Development at Massey University in 2021 at Palmerston North Campus. From both university studies and past work experiences, she has gained an insight into product innovation, process and packaging development, and Food safety regulations. Food product characterization analysis such as moisture, texture, and microbial analysis is also an area that I am familiar with. She has worked inside an ice cream factory and a cheese factory on the production and packaging line as summer practicum works. With developed research and analytical laboratory skills, she was involved in a beverage project at Massey University Albany campus for three months. Before working full-time as a Food Technologist, she worked as a summer scholarship student at Riddet Institute. She is not only interested in product development, but also in product marketing, and commercialization strategies.
