Yiying Huang, a Postdoctoral Scientist currently based in Fonterra Research and Development Centre, Palmerston North, working on Probiotic Discovery Program. Yiying finished her PhD in Food Microbiology at Massey University early 2022. Before she came to New Zealand, Yiying did a Master of Food Safety in Wageningen University, the Netherlands and a Bachelor of Food Science and Technology in Shanxi University, China. Her area of expertise includes food microbiology, food safety, fermentation etc.
