Dr. Mirja Ahmmed have completed his PhD from the Department of Food Science, University of Otago, New Zealand in 2022. His PhD research was focused on bioactive omega-3 phospholipids from fish co-products. He hold a MS degree in Fish Processing and Quality control and a BSc. (Hons) degree in Fisheries. He is working here with Dr. Ali Rashidnejad on three exciting commercial projects on functional food delivery that may goes into the supermarket as commercial products near future.
