Thesis Title: Utilisation of grape pomace as value-added ingredients.

Wine waste materials (grape pomace) will be gathered from New Zealand wine variables. These will be analysed for fibre, protein and phenolic compounds. Waste materials will be included into cereal food products which will be analysed for effects ib physical and nutritional characteristics. This will help the evaluation of grape pomace as a functional food products.
