Agnes completed her Bachelor of Food Technology (First Class Honours) at Massey University in 2009 at Albany campus. After graduated, she started working in the food industry in New Zealand, Ireland and Australia. She specialise in product development of beverages, dairy products, and retorted meals. Throughout the working years, she have gained extensive experience in formulation work (including flavour pairing and flavour matching), production scale up, labelling work (FSANZ and EU regulations), food processing and project management. She have also gained the skills to work with people from diverse backgrounds, which she have thoroughly enjoyed. When she is not at work, she will either be cooking, gardening, reading or watching tv shows.
