New kiwifruit book published
Riddet Institute co-director Professor Paul Moughan and Principal Scientist Mike Boland are editors of a comprehensive new book on the nutritional benefits of kiwifruit, which has just been published by Elsevier.
Covering 384 pages the book features contributions from other Riddet Institute members including Drs John Monro, Lovedeep Kaur, Sharon Henare, Juliet Ansell, and Shane Rutherfurd. Other authors making contributions to the book are from the University of Oslo, the Medical University of Vienna, ZESPRI, Plant & Food Research, IRL and the Otago Medical School.
