Wed 18th May:  Innovation in Fruit Commodities

  • Peter will give a snap-shot of the recent patent landscape of all things fruit related with a focus on health outcomes, and how we can leverage the learnings here in New Zealand for our export market.
  • Michelle will take a virtual trip around the world as we look at the similarities and differences in relevant food regulations between New Zealand and key international markets.
