- Peter will give a snap-shot of two patent landscapes for high value foods, one relating to the hot topic of alternative proteins (both plant and cell based alternatives), and the other on the exciting world of plant-derived bioactives for health benefits.
- Michelle will take a virtual trip around the world as we look at the similarities and differences in relevant food regulations between New Zealand and key international markets.
