Research

Areas of research include the study of proteins, including the structural characterisation of the oligosaccharides and peptides in glycopeptides; amino acids, including their analysis and metabolism; feed evaluation, including the development of the available lysine bioassay and nutritional physiology including endogenous protein excretion in the mammalian small intestine.
