Professor Richard Archer

Professor Archer is head of the Institute of Food, Nutrition and Human Health at Massey University. He is a Fellow of the Institution of Professional Engineers of New Zealand (IPENZ) and former head of the Institute of Technology and Engineering at Massey University. Professor Archer's career has focused on process engineering research and its commercialisation.
