Professor Jim Mann

Professor Mann is a physician and Professor of the Department of Human Nutrition and of the Department of Medicine at the University of Otago. He is Director of the Edgar National Centre for Diabetes Research, Co-director of the WHO Collaborating Centre for Human Nutrition and a Fellow of Royal Society of New Zealand.

Professor Mann is a Companion of the New Zealand Order of Merit. He was educated at the University of Cape Town and the University of Oxford.
