Professor Daryl Lund

Professor Daryl B Lund is a professor emeritus at the University of Wisconsin-Madison in the United States. He has a global reputation in food science and engineering and is a fellow of the International Academy of Food Science and Technology.

Professor Lund has also served on the staff of both Rutgers and Cornell universities and in leadership positions at the Institute of Food Technology (IFT). He is currently editor-in-chief of the Journal of Food Science.
