Industrial experience

PepsiCo (Asia-Pacific), 2005 – 2009:

• Led Dairy, Soy and Cereal based RTD beverage NPD for different markets in Asia – launched or filled innovation pipeline for Vietnam, Thailand, Malaysia, Philippines, China and India.
• Led Dairy and Fruit based frozen beverage NPD for KFC restaurants (PepsiCo’s key customers) in Australia and Asia.

Schreiber Dynamics Ltd. And Metro Dairy Ltd., India, 1996 – 2000:

• Started and managed India’s most sophisticated cheese plant to cater for corporate clients such as McDonalds and Britannia
• Managed packaging operations of pasteurised milk (250,000 lit/day)
