Co-director made Fellow of Royal Society of Chemistry

Professor Paul Moughan, co-director of the Riddet Institute, has been admitted as a Fellow of the Royal Society of Chemistry, which is based in Cambridge, England.

Professor Moughan was invited to apply for the fellowship in recognition of his work on protein and amino acid analysis; development of bio-availability assays for amino acids; and food evaluation science generally.
